How do I delete my account?

If you wish to remove your personal data, please follow the steps listed bellow:

1. Once logged in, you will be loaded into your meal plans. At the top left you will see your profile icon, click on it.

2. This takes you to the settings. Click on your profile / email section at the very top.

3. Click "Delete my personal data" at the bottom of the screen

4. Confirm your account by entering your current email and password. Then press "Delete".

5. The action is instant and irreversible, once you done you will be sent to the home screen.

Please note: deleting your personal data or simply deleting the app from your device does not cancel the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription or have any further questions or inquiries, contact our customer support team via email at help@carnimeat.com
